Fees
Initial contact via phone or email is free of charge. This will allow us to briefly discuss whether we might be able to help. We can answer any questions you may have, and make arrangements should you choose to book an initial assessment appointment or any other service we offer. This first appointment is generally longer than subsequent appointments.
After the initial assessment, there is no obligation to continue seeing us for intervention appointments.
Fees include all preparation for sessions, any worksheets and resources that can be kept as reminders of the skills that have been learnt and inclusive of all admin time.
Initial Assessment Appointment – £350
This initial appointment will last approximately 90 mins, or for children, as long as they can manage. Detailed information is gathered to inform a ‘Formulation’ and create a plan for what intervention might be needed. This is an agreed route for therapy based on your child’s unique difficulties, strengths and goals. A full assessment report will be generated following this appointment.
Intervention Appointment – £150
Subsequent appointments focussing on address children’s goals for treatment. These appointments typically last for 50 mins.
Specialist Assessments: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD) – £2000
This is a comprehensive assessment of ASD or ADHD and consists of a meeting with parents, a meeting with your child, liaison with your child’s school and includes a final feedback meeting conducted via the telephone with recommendations and guidance on strategies to help your child’s difficulties. The assessment is always conducted by two clinicians working as part of a multi- disciplinary team. A full assessment report will be generated following this appointment.
Cognitive Assessments – £1100
These are comprehensive assessments of your child’s learning and are carried out over a 3-4 hour period.You will have a full neuropsychological report at the end of the assessment process and parents are offered an opportunity to discuss the findings over the telephone. Liaison with school to feedback the results will also take place provided parents give their verbal consent for us to do so. We plan to score, interpret and compile a full report within 3-4 weeks of seeing your child.

Supervision – £80 per hour
Additional information
All letters above and beyond the standard assessment reports are billed at £60 per letter.
The above fees do not include travel expenses for home visits.
Requests for overseas assessments are chargeable per day.
We ask payment in full before seeing a child for an initial assessment, cognitive assessment or specialist assessment.

Payment
We request that payment is made by bank transfer a minimum of 7 days prior to an appointment. If you would prefer to pay by cash, we can take this on the day of the session.

Cancellation Policy
It is really important that you attend appointments that have been booked. Should you need to cancel an assessment, intervention or supervision appointment, please give me as much notice as possible.
Cancellations will be charged at full session rate unless 48 hours notice is given.
